FAQThe questions leadership teams actually ask.
Before you commit twelve months and an executive team's calendar to a program, you deserve specifics. Here are the ones we get most often.
The Program
-
AITF is a twelve-month coached program that takes an executive team through AI adoption end to end: governance, strategy, execution, and measurement. It runs in four phases, Foundation & Readiness, Governance & Strategy, Execution & Enablement, and Ongoing Mastery & Coaching, with an assigned coach leading your leadership team through each one.
-
A written AI governance policy your company owns, a prioritized strategy roadmap, three high-impact AI initiatives delivered with dedicated project management, a trained workforce, and an executive dashboard tracking return. The program is built to graduate you as a self-sufficient AI-enabled business.
-
Alignment, Readiness, Governance, Roadmap, Safety, Proof, and Sustain. Each gate marks a point where your leadership team confirms the work is complete before the program moves forward, so progress stays visible month to month.
-
Twelve monthly executive strategy sessions, five of them 90-minute AI modules and seven standard strategy sessions. Six 60-minute one-on-one executive coaching sessions, a governance toolkit of policies, templates and tracking tools, dedicated project management on three AI initiatives, Value Mapping and prompt tools, two 90-minute staff cohort training sessions, monthly State of AI briefings, and direct expert access with a two-business-day response guarantee.
-
An assigned AITF coach leads your engagement, supported by the wider expert team behind the two-business-day access commitment. The program is delivered remotely, so location places no limit on who we work with. AITF is contracted through Paragus Strategic IT, Inc.
Fit & Getting Started
-
Established companies of roughly 50 to 500 employees and $10M to $100M in revenue that already use AI in pockets and want a governed way to scale it.
-
Three things: the executive team will commit real calendar time, the company has enough process and data structure to produce a meaningful readiness score, and leadership is motivated by what AI can build for them. Companies still defining their core processes get more value from that work first.
-
Twelve monthly strategy sessions, six one-on-one coaching sessions for key leaders, and participation in the readiness assessment and governance workshop. The program runs on your leadership team's direct involvement, which is what makes the governance policy hold once we step back.
-
Complete the questionnaire on our site and a member of the team confirms whether the program fits. From there we book a discovery call with your leadership.
Governance, Shadow AI, & Data
-
Through the Amnesty & Transparency pillar. Leadership sends an amnesty memo opening a no-penalty window for disclosure, an anonymous survey maps which tools are in use and where, and training follows once the real picture is visible. Employees who surface their AI use get credit for doing it.
-
We classify your data into three to five tiers, typically Public, Internal, Confidential, and Restricted, each with concrete examples from your business. Restricted data such as trade secrets, PII, and regulated records permits no AI tools. Every other tier maps to specific approved tools through a permission matrix.
-
Classify Your Data, Realistic Policies, Amnesty & Transparency, and Streamlined Access. Together they take a company from open risk exposure to confident, compliant AI use, one step at a time.
-
We build it with you during the Governance & Strategy phase, and you own it outright. The governance toolkit provides the written policies, templates, and tracking tools, including the tool permission matrix and your internal and external disclosure standards.
-
Each pillar gets a named owner on your leadership team during the governance workshop, with your coach facilitating. Amnesty and communications sit with the CEO and leadership; data classification and access sit with the people who already own those systems.
-
A tiered policy gives employees clarity: different data tiers carry different restrictions, and the permission matrix maps approved tools to each tier. The Streamlined Access pillar then gives people a fast path to request and use an approved tool, which is what keeps usage visible.
Strategy, Exeuction, & Return
-
Value Mapping runs four exercises with your team: Bottleneck Busting, Stakeholder Wishlist, The Magic Wand, and The Reality Check. Those produce a prioritized roadmap, and the three highest-impact initiatives get dedicated project management.
-
The Reality Check exercise sets the expected value of each initiative before work starts, so there is a baseline to measure into. ROI tracking and an executive dashboard run through the Ongoing Mastery phase, giving leadership a single view of adoption and results.
-
We stay hands-on. Dedicated project management covers your three highest-impact initiatives through to operational, and cohort training brings staff along with it.
-
Most internal teams have the capability and lack the structured time to build governance, strategy, and training in parallel while running the business. AITF supplies the structure, the coaching, and the project management for twelve months, then hands the whole thing to your team. Independence is the finish line we design for.
People & What Comes After
-
Two customized 90-minute cohort sessions plus the prompt tools your teams keep using afterward. The training is built around your approved tools and your own data rules.
-
Amnesty first, so usage is visible and honest. Then training on the new policy, then a frictionless request path through the Streamlined Access pillar. Adoption follows when the approved route is the easiest route.
-
You graduate. Your leadership team holds the alignment, the governance structures, the trained workforce, and the strategic experience to run AI independently.
